The National 蓝丝带 School Award is the U.S. Department of Education’s highest honor based on superior 学术 achievement and the implementation of a highly successful, multi-faceted school culture.

While public schools are nominated by state officials, private schools must self-nominate and complete an extensive application. The application must include a compelling narrative of school culture, student and faculty engagement, professional development, community partnership, and focus on student leadership that is reviewed by a third-party organization before submission to the U.S. Department of Education
