Ms. 莫林·芬恩

莫林·芬恩 is a seasoned human resources leader who has a history of providing smart, flexible 流程 and a human touch to help businesses grow profitably and enable others to succeed in life and in their careers. She has a strong track record of helping to identify and recruit top-level talent into businesses and has been recognized by colleagues and others for her ability to manage and negotiate conflicts and help build better teams. She was recognized as a Notable Leader in Human Resources by Crain’s in 2020.

 

Maureen is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Devon Bank, which is a full-service community bank in Chicago. Devon Bank takes pride in supporting the non-profit sector of their communities, whether it is donating funds, 员工的时间, 或设施, to help further the work of schools, 服务团体, 童子军, 民间团体, religious institutions and other organizations working to improve communities. 

Previously, Maureen has had Human Resources leadership roles at AMETEK Instrumentation & Specialty Controls Division, Interlake Material Handling, Inc., Material Sciences Corporation and Boise Cascade Office Products. The focus of her career has been providing strategic human resources consultation to optimize people, 结构, 流程, and culture to enable successful business results. She has been an active member of the Illinois Diversity Council since 2012.

Maureen was appointed to the St. 澳门金沙网站 董事会’ Education Committee in 2019 and elected as a Board director in 2021. She currently serves as Co-Chair of the Education Committee.

Maureen has a BS in Psychology and an MS in Industrial Relations from Iowa State University. She is certified with SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) as an SCP (Senior Certified Professional) in Human Resources and with HRCI (Human Resources Certification Institute) as an SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources).

Maureen has been involved in various community organizations, including the Benjamin School District, 家庭事务, and Corpus Christi Parish. 

Maureen is originally from Harrisburg, PA and now lives in Carol Stream with her husband, 房地美DeRaimo.  They have two children, Michael and Meagan, who graduated from St. 澳门金沙网站 in 2015 and 2019. They are members of Corpus Christi Parish.
